Where this program operates

Nationwide, Working From a Home Base in Cincinnati

Gugacu Fivota is administered from Cincinnati, Ohio, but the program itself has no geographic limit. Lessons are written for home cooks anywhere in the country, and regional content covers traditions from the Pacific Northwest to the Gulf Coast, whether or not you happen to live there.

Because everything is designed for home kitchens rather than commercial ones, there's no facility to visit and no in-person location requirement. You can work through a module in a small city apartment or a rural farmhouse kitchen with equally good results. Our physical address below is for correspondence only.
